Here at Vindoux, we want your stay with us to be as relaxing and hassle-free as possible. With that in mind, we have created a menu of delicious goodies that can be in your room on arrival or ordered for a specific time for those who want to to avoid the hustle and bustle of town and stay on the farm. Choose from gourmet picnics, braai packs, salads, gin tasting, and more, made using the best locally sourced produce, mostly from our own organic gardens. Feel free to enjoy in your room, on the deck or at one of our picnic areas.
Breakfasts
Make your stay extra relaxing and order a delicious breakfast from our menu with options including French toast, continental, fried and omelets (included in your tree house stay) Self catering cottage guests can choose to collect from the kitchen or enjoy in the garden or on the lookout deck. While Tree House guests can enjoy breakfast in bed, delivered at a time that suits you.
Picnics
Enjoy a beautifully prepared picnic, perfect for a relaxed lunch or a leisurely dinner. Our generous picnic baskets are designed to be enjoyed in the gardens or in the comfort of your accommodation, offering a delicious and convenient dining experience. Please note that all picnics must be pre-ordered in advance to ensure everything is freshly prepared for you
Dining Alfresco
We stock convenient braai packs from our local butchery and can provide everything you need for a lekker South African braai, including fresh bread, salads, and drinks. Each unit features its own private braai area, complete with a grid and wood, with extra wood available at reception. For larger gatherings, guests can enjoy our Boma braai area located near the self-catering cottages. With three braais and a spacious central fireplace, it’s the perfect setting for quality time with family or a group of friends.
Please let us know when you book your stay if you have any special dietary requirements, and we shall try our best to cater for you. Of course, a stay in the Cape winelands would not be complete without sampling some of our wonderful local wine, so a selection of wines, and other beverages, are available at reasonable prices from reception.
